Door Policy at Casino Moose Jaw

Bring government photo ID, and leave the backpack, the duffle bag, the cigars and any outside alcohol at home. One Players Club card earns 1 point per $1 played on slots, at Casino Moose Jaw and at Casino Regina.

At the door

  • Entry is for those 19 and up, Saskatchewan's legal gambling age, and showing ID is compulsory. Staff may ask for government ID at any time, so keep it on you.
  • You cannot bring backpacks or duffle bags inside. Leave them behind before you head down to Fairford Street.
  • There are designated smoking areas outdoors, but smoking and e-cigarettes are banned on the gaming floor. Pipes, cigars, chewing tobacco and cannabis are banned everywhere on the premises.
  • Drinks bought on site are finished on site. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
  • Guests must be appropriately dressed. Clothing that shows violence or is linked to a violent or criminal group is not allowed.

Phones, photos and chips

Photos are allowed inside, with three exceptions: the Cashier's Desks, the surveillance cameras and the live table games. Taking a picture or a video of another person needs that person's consent. During play, phones and other devices stay away from the table: step back to take a call.

Value chips can be bought at any table and are cashed at the Cashier's Desks. Roulette colour chips are different: they work only at the table where you bought them, so exchange them for value chips before you leave. Guide dogs and approved service animals may come in, though no other animals can.

How the Players Club works

Membership in the Players Club is free, and the same card works at Casino Moose Jaw and Casino Regina. To get one, go to Guest Services in Casino Moose Jaw with photo ID. On slots, members earn 1 point per $1 played.

Points convert at set levels. 1,000 points can become $5 of slot play or a $5 dining or entertainment voucher. At 1,400 points, the option is $5 cash back. Parking at the casino carries a fee that is not published. Members who earn 10 points on the day they park, though, park for free.

Questions from friends

Can you bring a backpack?

Backpacks are not allowed, and neither are duffle bags. Leave them at home or in your vehicle.

Is there smoking inside?

The gaming floor is off limits for smoking and e-cigarettes, and designated smoking areas are set up outside. Pipes, cigars, chewing tobacco and cannabis are banned everywhere on the premises.

Can you take photos?

Photos are allowed except at the Cashier's Desks, surveillance cameras and live table games. If another person will be in the picture or recording, ask for their consent first.

What does the Players Club cost?

The Players Club costs nothing to get. Bring photo ID to Guest Services in Casino Moose Jaw, and the card then works at Casino Regina too.
